Announcement for West Seattle Art Walk!!!

Sterling Images Gallery October Ducky Tower of Terror

Halloween images have always been displayed at Sterling Images Gallery("SIG"), but, now, the gallery, in association with Duckies Rule!, presents the World's First Ducky Tower of Terror. Interactive Halloween fun has never been duckier! SIG (at Lowman Beach Park) presents the art of John Cerminaro, Xavier Lopez, and Ron Sterling (founder of the gallery). Images include "Ducky Vampire 2.0" and "The Wizardess of Awe."

Mr. Cerminaro is the world famous principal hornist (french horn) of theSeattle Symphony whose art can be described as "sublime kandinskyesque miniatures. Mr. Lopez who is a "veteran" of over a hundred shows and master of many different art forms, will show pieces from his "pop-surrealist" world. Ron Sterling, SIG's founder, presents delightfully quirky ducky images and many other fine photographic prints. Drinks, eats, and treats, plus drawings for prizes!

New Work for Group Show at Snowmonkey's House of Monsters

Here is a preview of a new painting for a group show entitled: Ghosts and Other Transparencies. The new piece, so far does not have a name, but will be part of the October Capitol Hill Art Walk, which is Thursday, Oct. 8th. To see more of it and how the two pieces fit together, you will just have to come to my first Snow Monkey Art Opening...If you are very lucky, there might even be some Absinthe waiting for you--though, I'm not making any promises about that...

I am pleased as punch to be in two galleries, well really only one at this precise moment, but soon I will have work in two galleries. My work continues to be at the Sterling Images Gallery at 7035 Beach Dr. SW., and now I'm Happy to be at the Snow Monkey's House of Monkeys Gallery located at 1205 Pike street on Capitol Hill! Snow Monkey's has a wonderful, soft, family feel and I am excited to be a part of their gallery! I'll let you all know when I have more than just a handful of cards there for y'all to see!
